[Engine] 1.4L Petrol Won't Start: Spark and fuel ok, engine turns over

So I dont have the history on this van. Bought it for 3k with rwc driving it home it did 205km started clicking then konked out. Haven't been able to start since.

Have checked for spark, all good, fuel: all good. Motor still turns over, just won't run.

Thinking sensors or electrical. Its got a messy immobilizer... home job type bs, but that doesn't explain the clicking in the motor prior to kaputt. 

Hoping someone can shed some light on my situation. Cheers

Is the camshaft turning when cranked ? . ie broken timing belt ?

Need to do a diag really as it may give you some idea as long as you have covered the basics like brodfather suggests.
