Click on " reply " 

at bottom of dialogue box and under the blue line you'll see " new attachment "

click on " choose file "

find the image from your computer and then double click it 

you'll now see it listed alongside the " choose file " button

now hit " post "

I've just posted a random photo having just done the exact same as written above - in my case done on a W10 laptop

Hi geoff... keeps telling me file size is too big.... cant find tiny pic icon to do it that way........ i can usually figure out stuff like this....but... must be having an off day...

You'd need to resize the photograph

Windows can do this for you, try a help search on your computer for info or look to Google

Cannot advise more fully as it isn't my bag / at my finger tips.

.... if at first etc ..... good luck !
