2013 B9 OBD Location & Diagbox Version?

I'll be taking a look at some B9 Berlingos next week and want to plug my OBD scanner in. Is the OBD connector to the right & below the steering wheel? Also, any idea what version of Diagbox is needed for the B9 2013?

Mine in the glovebox, no idea about which Diagbox though.

The Diagbox question is mostly so that I can retrofit cruise control if the car I buy does not already have it.
