Climate Control Unit - upgrade/switch

I've recently bought a 64 plate Berlingo Enterprise Van for a camper van conversion.
Whilst browsing around various places I've spotted a more advanced climate control is available for (possibly?) the multispace?
Actual driver/passenger controls.

Is it possible to retrofit this control unit to a Berlingo Van with standard manual dial controls?

Hi. You can but if you swap the climate system inside too.
Changing the front control only doesn't.

Thanks, thinking about it further today I realised it wouldn't work. Especially as my current dials are mechanical, and something would need to replace that action.
