Have had the Berlinvo about a Month. Mainly been doing short Journeys. Today took it on the Motorway.
All fine for the first ten minutes. Then at around 70 mph. It started to hesitate happened about every 30 seconds. I noticed when I dropped to 60, mph the hesitation was gone. I've had an anti pollution fault warning the last couple of weeks. I'm wondering if it's the Fuel Filter. Was going to change it along with Oil Air filterr

Always best to start from a known datum and new filters is the best way to begin, I'd also throw a strong dose of fuel injector cleaner into the tank and give the car a decent thrash up the motorway.
After that you may well be sorted.

Anti Pollution Fault could be the MAF, what engine is in your Berlingo?
In any case, as noted above, changing the filters & some injector cleaner is probably a good starting point.

Thanks for the replies
Have ordered a fuel Air and oil kit off ebay.
Soon as that arrives I'll get everything done.
It's the 1.6 HDi 90 BHP
I was thinking of the Forte fuel cleaner expensive stuff but not sure of the alternatives
Thanks
