5x100 Wheel Hub Change

I'm new to the Berlingo scene and I'm in the process of giving my van a bit of stance, I've got a 2014 L1H1 Berlingo...

I've been looking into alloys etc and really like the look of some but they're a 5x100pcd not a 4x108. I'm not shy of a bit of work so I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience on changing the hubs to 5x100.

Mainly curious as to what size hubs etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can't see how you could do it. It would be very difficult to achieve by redrilling the Berlingo hubs and you would have to find some hubs with the PCD you want then find a way to fit them to the Berlingo. You can buy PCD adaptors for some vehicles but they are probably more money than your wheels and add to the stress on your bearings. I'd look for some different wheels.
