MK9 Rear Seats Interchangeable?

HI

I have removed the rear seat behind the driver's seat to make space for a storage unit. The remaining two I will use to rest an ambro boot style unit on.  The middle seat has annoying plastic back to it, making it a slightly different height when folded. The easiest solution would be to swap it with the seat I have removed. However it appears they have different sized fixings at the base? - Are the seats interchangeable? If not has anyone removed the plastic back of off the middle seat?

They are not interchangeable, but You can remove the plastic, it just 2 screews at the bottom. But the back of the seat is littlebit "open" and you can see inside foam...

new to this forum.
looking for help with this topic, my wife has a motability  berlingo and uses an electric wheelchair, unfortunately the chair has hit the panel (there isn't much room for error whilst putting chair in ) and it has fell off, we have tried to put it back in but it keeps falling off because the 2 top lugs don,t appear long enough, took it to citroen for its service and they want to charge $780 for a new seat, any ideas how this can be fixed for when it has to be handed back

2007 is almost certainly an M59. If it's not possible to fix the panel you should be able to get spare seats from a breaker.
