Different offset probably. I was wondering about swapping my M59 wheels which has good tyres for the B9 wheels with new, not so good Chinese tyres.

B9 has typically bigger et-number than M59. (et 27 versus  et 18) i think that if there's a problem it's that rear wheel is touching car body. find et number of your current wheels and compare it to new wheels. ET indicates the distance between the mounting surface and the geometric center of the wheel and it's expressed in millimetres. wheels are closer with bigger et.
