wires for trailer socket

hello there
               can any one tell me how to get stop lamp,side light wires from one side of van to other side to connect to my  trailer socket

I went underneath the car, there are some grommets underneath the lamp holders. Others have gone up & around.

I believe the wies for both right and lefthand side blinkers comes back on the same side, then one goes over the roof to the other side.
(On my M49 lefthand drive it was on the left side. )

thanks for all your info, tow bar is now wired an working correctly, went up and over for connection wires to indicator
