Watch out for rust under the bonnet!
#1
I was just finishing a wash of my 2011 Tepee (oops! Berlingo) and decided to wipe off the dust from the underside of the bonnet after checking the oil. As I wiped the apparently unmarked paintwork along the front section it flexed and a bit came away leaving a rusty looking mess behind. after running a screwdriver along pretty much the whole length  it was clear that most of the front underside was starting to rust. Luckily not to the stage when those minor craters become holes. A good rub down, some jenolite and 2 coats of anti rust black later I am confident that water won't make it to the underside of the top bonnet panel. Luckily that the black will not be seen either since I don't have THAT much touch up paint. You would never have guessed looking at the paintwork at the start unless that one little bit flexed and moved!

You do realise this may have been covered under the bodywork warranty? 9 or ten years last time I recall checking...

Quite possibly but no way would I go to a PSA franchise to fix a minor problem like this since I have not been having their full service for years. They would use that as an excuse for not  fixing it. If it were a big visual and structural fault then perhaps yes. The car is a June 2011 registration.
