Boot jump diy cutting dimensions
#1
Hi, recent convert to a 2015 Berlingo, which I think is awesome.
Would love to build an amdro boot jump type unit in the boot.
Does anyone have cutting dimensions available for the the parts so I can get it all precut when I buy the ply at a local DIY store.

Thank you

All the DIY models here are real DIY projects. No two have the same dimensions.

I suggest that you draw out on paper what you want, and where, then model the first major pieces in cardboard, and take measurements from those.

You'll need to do some cuts in the plywood yourself anyway, as I doubt the store will do curved cuts or nicks and crannies to fit the parts correctly in the boot of your Berlingo, so getting pre-cuts won't save you much work at all.

There are cutting plans on here. Try page 2 of the campers thread. I'm currently building a single bed version for use when I'm away on my own. No need to adjust the drivers seat and plenty of room for the bike. And my local builders yard cut the ply to size which helped.
