OEM Michelin Energy? I find them quite good, way better than expected.

My new blue hdi 100 seems to take ages to warm up. Has anyone else noticed this?

HDi engines are extremely thermally efficient, they all take ages to warm up. Even when up at 90c, if you park up with the engine left running, it will cool back to 70 pretty quickly.
Very little waste heat is generated.

Same here. Definitely needs a block heater for colder climates but it only seems to have an option of oil pan heater.

When you tweak it yes
I have a 2020 70 plate enterprise van
Changed the tyres on delivery to Michelin Cross Climate - transforms the ride and grip and brilliant in the ice
Changed the headlight units to xenons and now you can see
Put a decent set of lights in the back and upgraded the carpets
Nearly there
My only comment is the 1.5 eco 100 bhp engine is no match for my old 1.6 HD i 75 bhp unit
The new engines have no low down grunt
Apart from that it will do !!

Strange you didn't get on with the original tyres - not had an issue in the first 35k of driving with them. Running Primacy 4's now as they had a good offer on.
I'd be interested to know how you did the Xenon upgrade - did you fit the washer jets and levelling sensor on the rear axle also?

Now 10,00 miles on my 18month old 130D S&S.
See my previous comments but also-
Drives well but need tyre pressures to be Right not too low or too high- not too practical if my load changers from just me to 150/250lkg is pad r passengers.
The car "floats" when tyres in right range.
O/ A fuel consumption 56mpg.
Issues STILL S&S and service renewal warning 9 months too soon.
Looking at current availability this engine seems to have been dropped.
I think tye stop / start she is something like the / a wrong(too small) puppy for the generator.
It seems I have a month sh when the s/s works then up to 2 months when it does not work.
This is such a tall geared motor that I find I am always running at 1500/2000 rpm 6th is too tall for sub 5 mph.
Over the winter the car was left foot a week at 0 centigrade AND for the 1st time ever the S&S worked at a junction 400yds from my house - from cold ODD .
If the engine has the same puppy's as the 110D, typically it will be running 200/300 rpm less not a lot maybe, Burt enough to be marginal on maintaining battery.
Note at NO time has the car NOT started immediately.
Any thoughts on my puppy theory?
