Teletrac Speaker Location

Hello, I keep getting a beeping noise for speed cameras coming from the left side. I've been informed this is the Teletrac Speaker that is under the the dash. Any ideas on how I can disconnect this?

Its behind the passenger glovebox..you have to remove a few plastic panels to be able to see it
