I have an issue with the unit that displays the time and date.

It displays these without fault (after replacing the bulbs a couple of months ago) but, when I switch off the ignition, although the date and time disappears, the bulbs in the unit don't go out and so it just glows orange!

Its only just started doing this ( noticed the other night when I looked out the window and saw it lit up) and so I am now having to either pull out the bulbs or disconnect the unit every night.

Whats going on- do you think its a unit fault or electrical on the van side of things??

This happens to me as well, sometimes. I switch the ignition on/off again and the bulbs goes out. I have replaced the original 2-line display with 3-line from a Citroen C8, so I somewhat attribute this to the mismatch display.

IIRC there is a permanent live & a switched live to the MFD? Maybe there's a fault / short in the circuit board somewhere.
There are some threads on here about the MFD wiring so some searching may throw up the info you need.
