DAB signal
#1
I’ve got a 65 plate Berlingo with the 7inch touchscreen DAB but I hardly ever have any signal for the DAB. When I rescan for channels it usually finds quite a few but only 1 or 2 stations work for 30 seconds or so then cut out. I rescanned the other day and only found BBC channels and it won’t pick up anything else now. Any ideas to get better reception? Or even how to do a factory reset to see if that helps. Thanks

Sounds like its the aerial base thats packed in - i had to replace mine once on my 65 plate and numerous people on here have had issues with them.

Its about £28 from citroen and takes about 30 mins to replace. You will find it has three wires coming off it whereas the one in the vehicle will have two. Don't worry about that as they are all sold now with the GPS antenna as standard.

Dab roof base mount faulty or nearly faulty on my berlingo multispace 2015.
I had a diagnostic scan and it picked it up as a problem with base unit.
I bought a complete roof mount base and antenna from a citroen dispatch 2023 of a breaker on ebay for £30( base mount from dealer is £69)
Only problem is one connector for fm was different on my old antenna, luckily the breaker cut the wires after the fakra connectors on the dispatch van so i had to cut the fm aerial connector of the my old base unit to join onto the fm wire on the one the breaker provided.
Replaced the unit and works very well with no problems at all.
No drop out on signal.
Job done.....
