In my unending search for the rattle that’s driving me insane I have noticed that the radiator top mounts on my XTR are quite loose, allowing the radiator to move around a bit. Should the top mounts be loose or should they be quite tight? They don’t look easy to change.

The radiator moved around in the mounts on my previous B9 XTR but what caused the rattle on that car was that the bonnet bump stops were missing
