Hi All ? - Project Ex painters van (pics enclosed)
#1
Hi All,

Just purchased my first berlingo after downsizing from a T5.1.

Purchased a 2011 ex painter and decorators van so in the process of bringing it back up to some sort of clean condition.

Loving berlingo life so far (aside from the 3 days of interior scrubbing but that’s not the vans fault)...

Cheers

I hope his work was tidier than his van, good job cleaning it up.
So where does this bit go then ?

looking good, i had a ex painter/decorator van and luckily he had seat covers on and no paint got on them but the rear of the van looked like a suicide bomber blew up a family of paint tins. the scene is all carpeted over now

Hi I’ve just joined the forum and have bought a van in a similar state to yours.
Apart from good old elbow grease, what did you use to remove the paint from the interior plastic and upholstery?
Do you have a magic potion you can recommend?

Thanks
Steve

I’m fortunate enough to have a lovely auto smart van that does the rounds. Diluted G101, their spray foaming upholstery cleaner and a scrubbing brush does the trick.

Good luck, took me the best part of 2 days
