Looks good & sturdy. For me, it would probably benefit from some drawers in the side sections. How long is the bed / how is it supported at the front?

Looks like you screw straight in the edge of the ply - does that hold OK? I was always told to never screw into endgrain of regular wood, but dunno if that works with ply..?

Put some ventilation slots in the mattress support or the foam will be damp after lying on it all night. I had to make a slatted base for one in our trailer tent for just this reason when our grandson was camping with us and no it was not an accident
So where does this bit go then ?
