High crankcase pressure

Hi, my 2012 berlingo seems to have high crankcase pressure. Blowing spots of oil out of the dipstick and blowing the oil filler cap around/upside down when unscrewed.

I'm thinking possibly head gasket?

High crankcase pressure is a sign of piston blow by 0r a blocked breathing system.
A blown head gasket would pressurise the cooling system but not  the crankcase.
I would try the breathing as is more likely & easier to check.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I've checked the breather, made sure pipes were clear, it'll blow up a balloon on the end of the pcv hose, is there more than one?

Just a thought, are the injectors all tight?
