Hi all,
As you get older things change, You think that there are not many things I haven't encountered but now and again new things crop up , for instance every time I went for a pee yesterday I had an awful lot of fumbling to get it out , thinking it is a sign of getting old just accepted as normal that is until last night I SOLVED THE MYSTERY , Shorts type pants on outside in (or inside out). Confusing isn't it. !
You young ones out there beware it will come to you eventually !
Just as bad as the other week, kept trying to put two legs down one trouser leg, thought "Too much beer" as I couldn't stand up properly.

Now I'm over 50, I tend to overlook something obvious while her indoors who has the eyes of an Eagle, can see through walls and hear thoughts, spots the missing item right away, usually in the first or second place I looked and didn't see it. I usually get annoyed with myself cursing "daft old bugger" etc etc.
I was on a similar hunt the other day, she left me alone for ages then finally said "ok, didn't want to interfere but what are you looking for? You've got the whole house upside down."
"My bloody glasses!" I said, annoyed with myself. "Cannot find them anywhere, what could I possibly have done with them??"
"On top of your head" she said, trying very hard not to laugh.
I put my hand up...red faced, there they were. I've a habit of shoving them upward when reading something close like my phone (have good near-vision but not so good further away) and when I'd finished reading, had forgotten I'd done it.
It will be slippers in the Microwave next boy, mark my words!

Well you wouldn't want to be putting cold slippers on I put my bib and brace overall on yesterday and thought they felt wrong, wife pointed out they were back to front. I'm 68 today, hope it isn't a pointer to things to come.
So where does this bit go then ?

Wearing them inside out is just a way to get an extra day out of a pair of pants, cut down on water and washing thus saving the planet.
So where does this bit go then ?

Don't forget back to front, and inside out and back to front.

Once a year when it's your birthday wear them on your head so they get a wash either by the rain or with perspiration on a sunny day. Rainy days are better for putting them back on wet sorts out your personal hygiene for another year.
