Fitting a split relay charger.

Evening all,

I have a 2011 berlingo van and I need to fit a split relay charger, is there anything/type I need to bear in mind when buying a kit?

If you have a poke around in the threads from this search, you may find what you need. Also look for the 12v live in the boot threads that talk about using the towing electrics for a live feed.

I just need to find out if I have a smart alternator then I’ll be able to get the right split relay.

If you get this running I'd be very interested in how you've done it. Thinking of adding it to my Berlingo van camper conversion.
