usb capabilities?

[sonneur]

My recent Berlingo has 3 usb sockets - one next the screen, one in the glove box, and one on the back of the optional centre console between the front seats. Does anyone know of the second and third ones have capabilities beyond being charged points? The manual doesn't appear to know about them.
