I have a 2016 Berlingo with only 40000 miles, problem I have is the battery isnt charging, I have replaced the battery with new Yuasa battery and also my mechanic has fitted 2 new alternators and still only reads 12.2v- 12.6v with the engine running, mechanic is stumped and suggested i bring it to the dealer.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Colin.

It's quite simple, and usually sorts out electrical problems..

I doubt a BSI reset will sort a charging problem, never come across this ever as it has nothing to do with charging.

However a duff cheap replacement alternator such as the cheaper rainge that Euro car parts do will send you up the wrong path every time. They are buy 3 one may work for 6 months if you are lucky.

***FIXED***

Just a quick update, I called Citroen and the van had 3 recalls, ECU, catalytic converter check and adblue cap.

The ECU update has fixed the charging issue.

Happy days.
