Clicking Noise - 2004 2ltr Multispace (Help!)

Hello and a happy new year to you all!

My 2004 2ltr Multispace won't turn over, it just makes a single clicking noise and then nothing. Today I put a new starter motor in it and a new battery but still the same results. I'm thinking it could be the fuel pump, the alternator, or the plugs? I should add, we tried bumping it to no prevail.

I've also noticed the dash says it's in eco mode, the plugs light comes on and goes off but it doesn't make the familiar noise of the plugs heating.

Could someone with some experience/knowledge help me out with this, I don't have enough money to take it to a garage at the moment!

If the engine will not turn despite a new battery & starter, it could be an earth problem. Do you have a jumper lead that you can connect from the battery negative terminal to the engine or gearbox casing?

I will try this tomorrow, thanks for the info. I'll keep you posted how it goes!
