Hi, Have got the cylinder head off my dad's W registered 1.8 petrol berlingo also flywheel off to change leaking crankshaft seal. Just bought the Berlingo / Partner haynes manual for reassembly only to find that it covers 1.4 & 1.6 petrol only. Does anyone have access or can point me to torque figures / angles for the head bolts , flywheel bolts and valve clearances. Considering buying a manual for the Xantia just for engine info ( XU7JB ). Any help much appreciated. Kieron

Just to update incase any other forum users find themselves in the same situation of owning a 1.8 petrol and not being covered by the haynes manual for the Berlingo. I bought an Xantia manual from a book retailer on Ebay for less than a fiver including postage which covers the XU7JB petrol engine in detail. Thanks again though Polar for the link for the torque settings for the head bolts.

Correction. Thanks to Graeme T for the link on the head bolt torque ( as well as Polar for a previous post ).
