Instrument panel problem.
#11
Thank you Brajomobil.

Here are no twisted wires. See picture!

About the lights on the instrument panel.
When I open the door I have a blinking key symbol on the panel.
When I turn the key I have oil-, airbag light and a blinking key symbol. After a short while the airbag light goes out.
When I turn the light of the car on, I see the symbol on the panel. But I have no lights that illuminate the whole instrument panel. It is dark.
When I put the motor on I have only a blinking key symbol. My speed-, rpm, temp, fuel and clock metering doesn't work.

Do I need 12 Volt on the left connector of the instrument panel?
Do you have a schematic of the wires from the instrument panel to the fusebox and BSI?

I tried to take the fusebox out, to see if all the connectors are well attached, but the wires are too short. So I couldn't look at the back of the fusebox.

How do you inspect the connectors of the fusebox?

Another problem I have is with the wipers. They only work on full speed. And when I left them rotate for a while and go to the slow speed, then it is working for a while and then it stops again. This is also the case for the interval mode.

When I start with the interval mode, I hear the relais is working, but the wiper does nothing.

Do you have an idea what the cause might be?
Is there a way to put the wiper motor in the proper zero position?

UPDATE WIPER PROBLEM
I opened the wiper motor and cleaned the rotor. And then tested him and luckily he works like a charm again. I'm happy for this and hope he will keep on working!

So still need to solve the problem with the instrument panel.

Kind Regards,
The Freeman.
