Hi my van failed the mot rear fog lamp not working, checked every fuse in engine bay and in drivers cabin.then removed tail cluster(at this point the fog lamp indication on the dash was working and ALL other lights...) there was no bulb in the holder so I fitted one.. now there is no fog lamp indication on the dash, headlights no longer working(bulbs ok) but will flash headlights. Tried removing the bulb ...still no difference, check all fuses again and they are ok still? Confused.com?Has anyone had a similar problem or may know what to try next? Thanks in advance

Did you check the holder in the other side cluster? I think that only one side is wired for the fog light, but from the other problems you've got I doubt it's the root problem.
The lights are controlled via the BSI, so perhaps a reset will help, but first with the fog light bulb removed. There are quite a few threads on the BSI reset, so a quick search should find out how to do it.
I'm guessing this is the first MOT you've put the van through?
Probably a good idea to delete the duplicate post.
