new Owner 2016 BlueHDI Automatic
#1
Hi all,
we just took delivery of our new (to us) 2016 Berlingo Diesel. I'm a German expat who lived in the US for 20 years and now has moved to Gothenburg - my wife is from Colorado. We're so excited to finally have wheels. I always wanted to have one of those funky van/car hybrids and now we're rolling in style.
My previous car was a 1993 Mitsubishi Delica (RHD), quite a rarity in the US, with only a few hundred direct imports from Japan on the road.
Thanks in advance for all your patience with my stupid questions!

Hi Fabian and welcome to the forum.

You will find the 1.6hdi to be a decent motor that can get a move on for a oil burner.

2016 is quite a new one, proper luxury, mine is a 1.6hdi van 2008 and ive owned it from new - great vehicle, good on fuel and its been reliable.

Thank you. Believe me - a Mitsubishi Delica L300 has 99hp and weighs 4000lb, compared to that the Berlingo is a speed demon.
