Folding Mirrors / New Van

Just added it to illustrate how little you can see of the extra fuse panel and even the BSI fuses, check the ones to the left of the horizontal grey one, they aren't all visible unless you look round the corner, or remove the dash....you can maybe get to them with the end panel off. I didn't look down the first time I took mine off. It is to the left of the BSI.
Ok all makes sense to me know....were you not temped to see if the fuse was in for the folding mirrors? As u already have activated them? I'm so happy hope is there for us to have folding mirrors (I know small things lol) I've worked out I've only got the rd4 not the rd45 so I've got the updated type c screen coming in the post. Then I might end up getting the rd45 but I'm happy listen to my dab through my phone through aux at the moment it does its job well.

Yeah I really wanted to look at mine, but I was working all day till 4.30 pm at which point I was then asked to go look at a machine that was down in the manufacturing plant and got home at 7.30 so didn't get the chance. I did fix the problems with the machine, so wasn't in vain but I hate getting called out after a full day of work.

I have also realised that my new OEM drivers mirror has no motor in it, just a bearing at the joint. I had to change the outer shell as it was the wrong colour.

I think I'd have to buy a set of power fold mirrors and maybe run some wiring to power them. Costs about £170 for a pair of non original ones. Dread to think what OEM ones cost new. Maybe get a used set yet from a breaker though.
