Talking of clunking....
#1
When I reverse the van, I hear a little clunk from the front area, it really sounds like the brake pads are loose and moving....
Im not concerned by this, there must be a little free play behind the caliper and brake pad, any one else get the little clonk when backing up?

if its just one clonk when going from forward to reverse or reverse or forwards it is usually a bit of play in pads or slider bushes.

Just strip and check them if if okay just assemble - you may find the clunk goes for a little while but it will come back.
