please, give me an advice. Diagnostic reports incorrect throttle position

high gasoline consumption

is there any reset settings?

It's a bit difficult to tell what diagnostic screen you have displayed. But, if you have an incorrect throttle position, maybe it's the throttle position sensor?

the throttle is plastic
pedal operated electronically, no cable
Where do I look for the cause?
- defective ECU
- Poor calibration
- defective potentiometer on pedal
- defective throttle electronics
The obl2 car scanner diagnostic shows a constant opening of the throttle at 18 percent
when starting the engine runs up to 2000 rpm but immediately returns to the correct value

I don't know about CZ, but used throttle pedals are normally not expensive in the UK on eBay, so maybe try a replacement?
You do not say exactly what engine (gasoline?) you have.

hello everyone, please who have a diagnostic-reader of real values (Lexia etc.) so I would need help if someone would be willing to connect their car and read the values while the engine is warm: (or photo video)
- engine speed
- Intake manifold pressure
- injection time
- Throttle condition
- throttle position voltage
- LS front and rear as the values move ...

furthermore, whether this works: when the car is idling, the idle and turning the steering wheel increases the engine speed (the pressure sensor on the servo should give an impulse RJ and it should slightly increase the speed)

Most Berlingo vehicles here are diesel but you would be advised to try a replacement pedal for this issue. But first, try a BSI reset & battery disconnect

BSI reset procedure:
Put the driver's window down, lift the bonnet and ensure all equipment is switched off.
Ensure all doors are closed and remove key from the ignition.
Wait for 3 minutes, disconnect the vehicle battery and wait 15 seconds.
Reconnect the vehicle battery, wait a further 10 seconds (do not open doors.).
Switch on the side lights through the driver's window.
Switch on the ignition and check system's functionality.
Hold lock button on key down for 10 seconds.
Remove key, open & close door, then test central locking system.
Start the engine and complete the system's check.
