2009 multispace aftermarket radio head unit

Hi

First post here on the forums. Just got a my first Berlingo yesterday. It's a 2009 Multispace.

I'm looking to replace the OEM radio unit with something with a better amp and dac, and that also does bluetooth. From reading other threads here on the forums I understand I need some kind of adapter cable harness thingy...

My car is also faulting an electrical device connected to the USB like that.
I have replaced the battery but still cannot fix it.
