Replacement Radiator hose -Help!
#1
Hi,
I have a much loved 52 plate 1.9 diesel multi space which is in dire need of some TLC. I've had it for nearly 15 years and need to keep it on the road. I cannot find a replacement lower radiator hose for love nor money anywhere... I have a leak where a hole has appeared due to rumbling against another part....

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I've tried the usual parts places on line. TMS have stopped stocking them. I'm really stuck. Spent afternoon at the scrapyard but no luck......

Hope somewhere out there can help

Cheers Tim

Have you tried the usual suspects like Euro Car Parts, GSF etc?
Maybe a temporary fix?

Failing all else, what about a main dealer?

Hi, many thanks for the reply. I did try several of those places and drew a blank. How ever the main dealer came through and got me one so was very much relieved. Thanks again for the advice. I think I'll go and buy that fiberfix wrap for emergencies and keep it in the car.

Hi Geoff, thanks for the post the other day. I hadn't heard of LMF before so will keep that in mind for the next thing that comes along.

My wife drives for the local car spares on Saturdays (PCS) and they can get most parts for any car within two days but most are in stock or can be there later same day and we get a good discount for her working there. I'm lucky in that respect, any firm selling parts should be able to do similar but some just don't want to make the effort.
So where does this bit go then ?
