underplastics

My arch liners are in poor state ,it's a case of cable ties or replacement.
The sump sheild is slightly better however One of the two  M6 fixing studs (backwards from the sump plug has detached
Its square  base appears to clip into the square hole in the chassis but I can't see how and it's a welded up section that you can't get behind
Anyone experienced and fixed this?

Hi - it does just clip in - you want part number 6984 03. If the chassis is still sound (and square) then wire brush any crap out of the way and if yours still does not click back in then try a new one.

My experience was that the chassis had rusted a bit and even a new part fell out after a bumpy drive so I just binned the whole shield

I managed to loop cable ties through the existing holes in the rear chassis member on my B9, I had to drill extra holes in the undershield, just to the side of the existing holes.
