M59 Berlingo private vehicle silhouettes identification

For reasons I am not able to identify my Berlingo by VIN, so I have to choose manually the correct type to browse correct catalogues etc. So options to choose from are below. Maybe someone could show me the right direction to identifiying Berlingo body types because to me as an not native English speaker the body types naming looks a bit difficult. Like, I guess that 5 dr. family estate would be a Multispace and estate van just a 2-seater van. What should the leisure estate be then?

A leisure estate could be a van with 2 doors , two sliding doors and a back door.

Could the leisure estate be a crew van - a van with 4 seats? Not very leisurely though!

Try all three options in turn, searching for components which would identify the actual models, such as tailgate / twin rear doors, rear passenger seats, rear side doors, modutops, bulkheads, and so on.

These English names must be translated from original French, possibly not very well, so maybe you could look for the original French terms and try to work out what they mean.
