When I was on the training course at Proalign, the resident alignment genius assured me you could buy shims to alter the rear stub axles on just about everything.

Aye, I'm sure if you explain the issue they'll be able to check both for you. You'd need to be confident that you're dealing with someone capable of joined up thinking or you may end up with a new exhaust and a set of brake pads.
