Hi there. Im new to the forum and just got me an 09 Berlingo. Theres a loud whining noise from this «wheel», i have ordered a new one, and also a new belt. How do i change it??? Which of the wheels are the tensioner?

Hi, the pulley above the one you have marked is the tensioner.
It’s the one with the hex bolt in the centre. The spanner req is a 15mm.you can loosen the tension , we have very long spanner’s for the job & the pulley bracket has a hole in it, so you can pin it up and hold the tension off whilst changing the belt.
I think the one you have highlighted is held on by a very shallow torx bolt in the centre.
