Good Afternoon, all! I bought a new Berlingo Multispace in June last year. On Monday night I got the warning light/spanner/adblue lights up. I've refilled the Adblue, but the lights are still on? What do I do to get rid of them - or will they just vanish? (That's probably wishful thinking!) Any advice appreciated

Alas, the lights are still shining, then last night I got a message to say a service was needed, and then another message to say the car will be unable to start in 700 miles unless I top up the Adblue. Obviously there's no garages open to take it to, just how much longer can I drive it for before I do any damage? Can I believe the 700 miles (not that I'd drive it for that long) or am I best just leaving it on the drive until there are garages open? I'm really worried (and fed up! But there are people out there worse off than me)

Steamfan, have you driven more than 30 miles since topping up the Adblue tank? I believe it can take at least this long before the system resets and the lights go out.

Thanks to Pedronicus and Tree - I don't think I have done 30 miles with the current restrictions, but it must be close. Well, I'll go out and about tomorrow (shopping and delivering) and we will see what happens. Thanks for taking the time to reply - much appreciated

hello, Pedronicus - yes - still shining and flashing. I've definitely done well over 30 miles since the last update. Also, I've managed to get the car serviced at the dealers so that was good. However (always one of them) the adblue doesn't want to go away. Garage confirm it's all topped up, so until their diagnostics wizard is working normally, I'm stuck. I now have 550 miles until the car won't start. And - according to a friends mechanic (? so he claims) that's all nonsense and the car will keep going no matter what. I'm not inclined to believe him. Luckily all my long distance events have been cancelled so I'll just pootle round - flashing - for another week or so. I'm really fed up about it, but there's no point in raving in the current climate. Thanks for asking, and sorry didn't get back sooner

Get yourself a Lexia 3 with Diagbox, stick it on a win 7 laptop or notebook, and you can clear it yourself mate. Mega handy for loads of stuff. Look for the full chip version.
