Hi
Does anybody know the size of o ring I need for the hose that goes from the expansion tank to the top of the radiator... The end that fits into the radiator with the little clip to hold it

What year and engine do you have?? You can check on
http://www.catcar.info and put your VIN in there, then drill down to cooling system etc, check the expanded parts diagram.

hmm weird, what's your VIN number? At a push, you can get mixed o-ring kits from Halfrauds or ebay, and as well as being dead handy, you get to try various ones out to see what is the best fit. Since it is only water, any (rubber etc) will be fine, Nitrile are only needed for oil or fuel connectors where specified
