Welcome.
I've always found that I get more steaming up on having the air set on recirculation than on having the air come in fresh from outside.
Now an ex Berlingo owner, I have a C4

The moisture is just getting recirculated around the vehicle and is being added to by you each time you drive it as you breath it out constantly.
You need fresh air in the cabin otherwise you will always steam up.

If you have aircon switch it on, if not it will steam up if you have it on recirculate.
