Hi everyone, my front windows both stick(stop) at nearly the lowest point of travel, when trying to return (go up). Both also slow down when going down, around 5 to 8 cms at the lowest point . Both can be assisted by hand! to slowly go back up, as it's clear there's resistance. I noticed that they drop a little to the front (don't go up straight) when going back up.
Has anyone had the same issue? and resolved it?
cheers

Try a silicone spray on the window rubbers, put loads on and work it in. If you don't have silicone, try spray on furniture polish. Good luck.

I agree with Brixmis, I had the same problem and used wd 40 first of all..do NOT use, it didn't work and the windows were smearing for weeks until I slowly managed to get rid of it.
Got some silicon lube ( I might even read about it on the forum) job done and no smearing.
Us it on lots of stuff now and wd 40 is reduced to loosening rusty nuts.

Mine was slow on the drivers side and squealed painfully all the way down and back up, it was torture. I used silicon spray and it's much better, but I'm going to use graphite spray next as it's coming back (same behaviour) with the warmer weather.
Graphite is a fantastic lubricant and doesn't dry out. You can get graphite lube spray online.
