Try breaker yards near where you live to see if they have berlingo or partner vans matching your ones year or generation, Give ebay a try for Berlingo or partner bumpers, Gumtree or equivalent to where you are to see if you can get one. Falling that Cross your fingers that either a Peugeot or Citroen dealer still have a bumper for A M59 berlingo or partner, but you may have to get it painted if thats the case as commonly they are stored un painted int the main dealers.
