White smoke engine bay

Hi

I have some trouble with my car getting white smoke from under the car from a pipe/tube positioned under the battery. Does anybody know what this pipe is for?

Its only on startup and sometimes when killing the car aswell. 
There is some oil around the injectors and some on the bottom of the block.
Ive checked the oil and i cant see any coolant in it and the exhaust in the back is clean.
Might just be spillage from filling oil.

Second issue:
After a minute or so after startup there is a fan(?) kicking in in and it keeps going for 15 minutes.
It could not be possible for the engine to be too hot right on startup... Is there other parts with fans in this engine?

Diesel engine HDI 1.6 9HW.

1 It could be the injector seals or the rocker cover gasket are past their best. Clean the engine and look where it is coming from.
2 Is the air con switched on ?

Yes i might need to clean the engine to be able to see where the oil comes from.

No I dont have an AC in my 2007. Just the normal heater setup.

About that pipe under the car right next to the gearbox. Any Ideas what that is?
