Remote key Coming Apart

Have 2 Remote keys one of them the key flops around in the case, the other one keeps falling apart with the spring and interior pieces falling out. Ive put all together and it appears to clip and be closed couple of days later ill put the key in the ignition turn it and it falls apart.Is a new case the answer ?
