what is that socket for?

Recently I bought Partner 2009 Tepee. Love that car but theres few issue I hope will solve using this forum
In trunk just above flishlight on right side I found sockets like on photos. Any idea what for?

Doesn't look like a standard part, There wasn't one there on my (2010) Berlingo Multispace
