The diagrams tend to be arranged by component, for example the injectors. Here's a diagram that I got from Sedre which shows a lot of the components attached to the engine / injection ECU. There's a key to the components here..

Hi thank you for the info and pin outs, the positives and earths are referred to by a letter then a number is it easy to work out where they are when you look at the plugs?

The pins should be numbered on the plugs, or at least the first & last. 
IIRC, the letters & numbers in the boxes refer to the pin position & row, but I may be wrong about that. The plugs are identified by the colour & number of pins, so 32V NR = 32 Pin Black (Noir)
