2006 Multispace Gear Linkages
#1
Hi,

The bush in the long linkage of the three has perished on my Berlingo and is held on ready to get me to the garage with a thick cable tie! so I want to replace all 3 as the other 2 will no doubt follow soon, has anyone advice on wether aftermarket ones are ok fit wise or should I try & get hold of a set of OEM ones? any links to good aftermarket ones or OEM would be appreciated if possible.

Thanks in advance

Cheers
Martin.

I bought a set of aftermarket ones , ebay,  poor quality , the threads on the adjustable part were not sized right so when tightening up the locking nut just made the male part pull out of the other part. got a partial refund.  I was able to doctor it up with a vice and metal glue/filler.  It still works and about £9/12.00 pounds it eventually did the job , but the bushes parts etc are nice and tight .
I realise you only get what you pay for.
The long one from the bottom of the gearstick to the linkage assy. was not included

Go to https://peugeotcitroendsparts.com/ and put the part number in, they supply OEM components for PSA.

They are in Stoke, phone number is 01782 505050 but if you email them your VIN and describe the part you need, Mike will sort you out with the exact item.

The company is Endon Services Ltd, email mike@endonservices.co.uk

We needed one in a hurry so got one from Peugeot dealer. It was not an adjustable one and the cups on the new one were metal not nylon. It was a few years ago and the others have never failed so I was not bothered about changing all of them.
So where does this bit go then ?
