Opening sliding door.

The sliding door has become difficult to open. I have to use lot of force to pull the door handle to get the door open. The door opens nicely from the inside.

I Have heard of "pin bolt" that needs to be replaced. Anyone have tips on what to check or order here? 

Applies to a 2010 Dangel Peugot Partner 4X4. Sliding door, right side and driver seat at left side.
