Window stops engine!

No it doesn't support windows 10 natively, I know some folk have gotten it to work but it's from the era of XP and Win 7. You can try it, or get hold of a used notebook off eBay with Win 7 on it. No harm in trying, but when installing it and using it, make sure to turn all network connections off, whatever machine you run it on. Otherwise it tries to verify itself with Citroen.

in my opinion you should just buy a new battery....its your battery fault you just pick a new battery for your car and run you all door window's mirror perfectly...
