I have just bought, for my wife, although it is a joint car, a 2013 Berlingo Multispace 1.6 HDi, XTR, not sure what model it is,  with 49K on the clock and FSH, early days and very happy so far, except for the steering feeling strange, ie almost stiff and requiring a lot of input, and pulls quite strongly to the N/S all the time.
It is booked in to my usual local garage on Friday to see if they can improve the steering , but generally very happy and have already made use of the prodigious carrying capacity.

Not normal, the steering is super light and very very sharp and direct. You must have a serious wheel alignment issue, a bent track rod end, or a faulty steering rack or ehps pump. There are other possibilities like binding ns brake etc.
